Client Obligations

- Pay invoices within 15 days
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' notice. Fees for work completed are non-refundable.
Intellectual Property
- Client retains ownership of brand assets
- PekNYC retains rights to analytical models/reports
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Algorithm changes impacting SEO rankings
- Third-party platform outages (e.g., Meta API issues)
